This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking pharmacist who wants to play a key role in developing pharmacy services within a supportive primary care environment. The practice is well established and creates a collaborative, positive setting for professional growth and shared learning.
The role is varied and evolving, offering flexibility, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to develop specialist interests such as long-term condition management. As the Clinical Pharmacist you’ll work closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to improve medicines optimisation, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend working. Hours can be flexible depending on your requirements. Person Specification- GPhC-registered pharmacist
