A well-established care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical RN/RMN) to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Working closely with the Home Manager and senior team, you’ll help lead, maintain clinical standards and support the day-to-day management of the home.
You’ll oversee areas including clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and risk management, while supporting and developing the nursing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, compassionate nurse who enjoys leading others and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives.
Person specification:
- Full, clean registration with the NMC as a Registered Adult or Mental Health Nurse (RN/RMN)
- Experience working at senior level, ideally within a nursing home
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management
- Unrestricted UK Right to Work – please note no visa support is available for this role
