Person Specification
- Applicants must be aged 21 or over (in line with regulatory requirements for Registered Children’s Home Managers).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Willing to undergo, or already have, a current DBS check with no safeguarding concerns.
- Previous experience in residential childcare.
