A specialist school in Chelmsford is looking for a Lead Speech and Language Therapist (Band 7 equivalent) to join its growing multidisciplinary team in a leadership capacity.   • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy with full HCPC registration
  • Experience in a Senior or Lead role (Band 7 equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children & young people
  • Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check
  • Experience within SEMH, CAMHS or a similar specialist setting is essential
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with additional needs
