Person specification

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Aged 21 years or over in accordance with industry requirements and regulatory standards
  • Passionate, resilient and child‐centred leadership style
  • Local to Isle of Wight or willing to relocate to the area
  • Must have full UK right to work; unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
