One of Bath’s leading community pharmacies is now looking for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant (MCA) to join the team. This pharmacy offers a comprehensive range of NHS and private services from a convenient and accessible location in Bath. Serving the local community, the pharmacy provides support with prescriptions, Pharmacy First consultations, healthy living advice, vaccinations, over-the-counter medicines, and a variety of healthcare services.
Working closely with the Pharmacist and wider pharmacy team, you will help deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused care to the local community. If you are an experienced Counter Assistant, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and professional environment. You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team that values high standards of patient care, encourages continuous learning, and offers genuine opportunities for professional development. This is a Part-Time role – 20 hours per week. No weekends required.
Person specification- Accredited Medicines Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Previous experience working within a UK-based pharmacy
- Good knowledge of over-the-counter medicines and pharmacy services
