A respected care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join their team as a Lead Nurse within a welcoming nursing home setting. This is a permanent, full-time (42h) position. You will combine clinical leadership with hands-on nursing to maintain high standards of care and positive outcomes for residents. The home provides high-quality residential, nursing and specialist care in a supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

As the Lead Nurse, you will help oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, contribute to care planning, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals. To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience at Senior Nurse level or above within a nursing home environment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical standards within the home and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care
  • Support and mentor nursing staff to maintain professional practice

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) with valid NMC registration
  • Strong experience working within a nursing home environment
  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Nurse or Lead Nurse within elderly care
  • Must have the right to work in the UK. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
