A premium nursing home in Wiltshire is now seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team as their Deputy Home Manager. This home promotes tailored nursing, dementia and respite care, with a bright and airy environment and memory-friendly design techniques used throughout. As the Deputy Manager, you will be the home's Clinical Lead. You'll assist with operations, monitor compliance, and oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care to ensure residents have the best possible quality of life.
