- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Aged 21 years or over in accordance with industry requirements and regulatory standards

- Local to Isle of Wight or willing to relocate to the area
- Must have full UK right to work; unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
