A leading independent healthcare provider in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Theatre Nurse/ODP (Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery) to join their experienced team. Working within a modern and well-equipped theatre department, you will support the delivery of high-quality patient care across a range of elective surgical specialties, including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, gynaecology and ENT. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your theatre career within a supportive environment that prioritises patient safety, clinical excellence and professional development.

In this role you will have access to ongoing training, structured development pathways and a varied elective caseload, whether your experience is in Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery. Note: This role involves working across two hospital sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Person Specification
  • NMC registered RN Adult or HCPC registered ODP
  • At least 6–12 months post-qualification experience in a relevant perioperative setting (anaesthetics, scrub or recovery)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Driver with access to own vehicle due to working cross-site
