A leading care provider is looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support the delivery of outstanding care within one of its nursing homes. Working alongside the Home Manager, you'll help lead the clinical team, maintain high standards of care and compliance, support staff development, and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with leadership experience in a nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Experience in clinical governance and leading teams is essential. Person specification:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC registration and previous leadership experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.

- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, CQC standards, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
