As the business grows, they're now looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead their internal IT operations, oversee key technology projects, and help shape the future direction of the IT department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic responsibility. You'll lead a team of 5 IT professionals while ensuring the business's infrastructure, systems, and support services continue to operate efficiently and securely.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership
- Experience working within a financial services environment is advantageous
- ERP Software experience is beneficial but not essential
