Role: 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Southampton (Hybrid)
Salary: £31,000 – £34,000

We're partnered with an exciting and growing AI Consultancy in Southampton that is delivering innovative technology solutions to businesses across the UK. As the company continues to expand, they're now looking for a skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to join their technical team and play an important role in supporting their users, systems and growing technology environment.
This is far more than a standard 2nd Line support role. You'll be working within a modern, technology-driven business where you'll gain hands-on exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory, while supporting a range of technical environments and resolving increasingly complex issues.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in cloud infrastructure, technical projects, security improvements and wider infrastructure development, giving you the chance to build experience beyond traditional service desk support. Working alongside experienced technical professionals, you'll be encouraged to develop your technical knowledge and take on greater responsibility.
