This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AI business at a point where the technology is already making an impact, but there is still plenty of opportunity to shape what comes next . You'll be working on intelligent products designed to solve complex challenges within the legal industry, helping develop AI capabilities that can fundamentally improve how legal professionals work with information, documents and workflows.
You'll be hands-on across LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents and production AI systems , taking advanced AI concepts and turning them into reliable, scalable products. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams, tackling challenging problems across model performance, evaluation, data, orchestration and deployment.
With the company now moving through its next stage of growth following its Series B funding , there is significant scope for engineers joining at this stage to have a genuine impact. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to technical architecture, influence engineering decisions and help establish the systems and foundations that will support the company as it scales.
