Required Skills:- Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Passion for modern cloud technologies and infrastructure
- MSP experience is highly desirable
