Were partnered with a modern and growing Managed Service Provider that's continuing to expand its technical offering across cloud infrastructure, cyber security, and managed IT services. Theyre now looking for a motivated 2nd Line Engineer to join their technical team and develop their career within a highly supportive environment.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to gain exposure to more than traditional IT support. Youll work across a diverse range of client environments, resolving escalated technical issues while developing your knowledge across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security technologies .
Youll also have the opportunity to get involved with infrastructure improvements, cloud projects, security initiatives, and technical deployments , working alongside experienced engineers and gaining valuable hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Required Skills:
- Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Interest or experience in Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- A genuine interest in Cyber Security and modern IT technologies
- MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
