As the business expands, they are now looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to join their internal technology team.

Required Skills:- Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
- Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong interest in modern technologies, cloud systems, and fast-moving technical environments
- MSP experience is highly desirable
- £30,000 - £32,000 Salary
