We are working with an innovative technology company based in Fareham that develops advanced software solutions for clients across the financial services sector. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their Tech Ops team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex application issues and working closely with developers to deliver technical solutions.
You will act as a key point of contact for client support requests, ensuring issues are investigated, tracked, and resolved efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside developers and business analysts on software improvements, testing, and application deployments, giving you exposure to modern development tools and technologies. This makes the role perfect for someone who wants to build deeper experience in software support, APIs, and application infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Experience working in an application or software support role
