We are working with a fast-growing technology business in Southampton that is known for developing junior engineers properly. They are now looking for a 1st Line Engineer who is hungry to learn, eager to grow, and wants to move up the technical ladder quickly.
This is not a role where you will be stuck doing password resets forever. From day one, you will be learning how real IT environments work, supporting users, working with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and modern infrastructure, and being coached by senior engineers who actively help you progress into 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Cloud or Infrastructure roles.
If you are early in your IT career and want to move faster than everyone else, this is exactly that opportunity.
Required Skills:- Experience in 1st Line / IT Support (commercial or apprenticeship)
- Good understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP, VPNs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ambitious, motivated, and genuinely keen to develop
- £24,000 - £28,000 Salary
