We’re partnered with one of Southampton’s most exciting AI businesses, a fast-growing tech company that’s transforming its industry with innovation and next-gen solutions. With rapid expansion and a collaborative culture, they’re now looking for a driven IT Manager to take ownership of their IT function and lead from the front.
This is a hands-on management role where you’ll oversee internal systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments, while guiding a small but talented technical team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, ensuring IT strategy aligns with the company’s ambitious growth with clear progression into senior leadership roles as the business scales.

Required Skills:- Strong background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Proven experience in infrastructure and networking management

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Prior experience in a tech-driven or scale-up business is highly beneficial
