We're partnered with a cutting-edge gaming and eSports company based in Poole, delivering high-performance technology solutions, player analytics, live event support and cloud-driven gaming infrastructure. They are now looking for an IT Technician to join their dynamic technical team and support a rapidly growing digital environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong IT support experience who wants to work in a fast-paced, gaming-led environment where no two days are the same. You'll gain hands-on exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, virtualisation, hardware builds, endpoint security and infrastructure troubleshooting, all while progressing quickly into 2nd Line, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

Required Skills:
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
  • Good understanding of PC hardware, builds, peripherals & troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of basic networking - DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
  • Exposure to Azure, Intune or virtualisation is a big advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a tech-driven, curious mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
