We're partnered with a well-established manufacturing business in Manchester that's looking for an experienced IT Manager to take full ownership of their IT operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with people management, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while driving strategic improvements across the business.

Required Skills:
- Proven ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV, including hands-on configuration and support
- Strong infrastructure background across servers, networks, storage, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrable experience managing IT staff and leading day-to-day IT operations
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
