This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has solid 1st Line experience and is ready to take on more responsibility. Youll support a diverse range of clients, working across different technologies and environments while developing your technical skills and gaining exposure to more advanced infrastructure. You wont be limited to traditional support. Youll have opportunities to get involved with
Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security technologies, and infrastructure projects , working alongside more experienced engineers and learning how modern IT environments are designed and supported. 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Cyber Security
roles. Required Skills: Experience working in a
1st or 2nd Line IT Support role Good knowledge of
Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory Understanding of networking fundamentals including
DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls Exposure to
Cloud technologies , ideally Microsoft Azure Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities A genuine interest in
