We are working with a well-established Production Company in Manchester that is looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of their internal IT function. With a strong reputation in their industry and continued investment in technology, they are now seeking someone who can combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership to support and develop their IT environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s core infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and capable of supporting the wider business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in strengthening infrastructure, improving cybersecurity, and supporting IT initiatives across multiple sites.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take real ownership of an IT environment, lead a small team, and drive improvements across infrastructure and operational technology within a stable and well-established organisation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong infrastructure experience covering servers, networks, storage, and cybersecurity
  • Experience managing IT staff and leading day-to-day IT operations
  • Experience supporting multi-site IT environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is a plus!
