Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Whiteley (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

We’re partnered with one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the country, a true scale-up success story based in Whiteley. With rapid expansion, a strong investment pipeline, and a product suite that’s disrupting its industry, they’re now searching for a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
This is no ordinary infrastructure role. You’ll take ownership of core systems, infrastructure design, and cloud environments, playing a key part in building the backbone of a rapidly scaling tech business. What makes this role stand out? Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365
- Solid knowledge of networking—firewalls, VPNs, switching/routing
- Hands-on with virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Cloud experience, ideally Azure, including migrations and deployments
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to own infrastructure decisions
- Previous experience in a fast-paced MSP or tech-driven business is highly beneficial
