We are seeking a motivated 2nd Line Engineer to join our dynamic team. What you'll do
- Provide advanced technical support for clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions and cybersecurity measures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 2nd line support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity practices.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
