Were partnered with one of Portsmouths fastest-growing AI companies, a forward-thinking tech business at the cutting edge of automation, data intelligence, and cloud innovation. Theyre now looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of their infrastructure, systems, and technology roadmap as they continue to scale.
This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role where youll oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, while helping shape the companys technology vision. Youll work closely with the senior leadership team, guiding a talented technical group and ensuring the business continues to operate at peak performance across its AI-driven environments.
Its the perfect opportunity for an ambitious IT leader ready to step up into a position with real influence and a clear path toward Head of Technology or CTO.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading IT operations or infrastructure teams
- Strong background in Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of virtualisation, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience implementing cybersecurity strategy and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience within a fast-growth or AI-driven tech business is a plus
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Bonus & Share Options
