Networking, Cloud, Connectivity and VoIP technologies , troubleshooting real technical issues while working alongside experienced engineers. The biggest attraction is the

1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk
Basic understanding of
Networking, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP

Proactive attitude with a strong desire to
learn and progress
VoIP / Telecoms experience is desirable but not essential
