We’re partnered with a rapidly scaling AI start-up building technology that’s redefining how complex, high-value work is done within the legal and professional services space. Backed by over £40M in funding, they’re now looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join the team and help turn cutting-edge ideas into real, working products used by customers today.
This is a role for engineers who want to build, not just research. You’ll be working across LLMs, agent-based systems, prompt engineering, model optimisation, and production infrastructure, taking ownership of features and shipping fast. The environment is lean, high-performance, and built around people who want to move quickly, take responsibility, and see their work live in production within weeks - not months.

Required Skills:
- 2-5 years experience in AI / ML Engineering or Applied AI roles
- Experience building or deploying LLM-driven applications or tools

- Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments is highly beneficial
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously
