With continued expansion and investment into the latest technologies, they are now looking for a talented 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join their rapidly growing technical team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants far more than a standard support role. You will be working across a wide variety of client environments, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, cyber security technologies, networking, virtualization, and enterprise Microsoft environments. No two days are the same, and the level of technical variety and learning available in this role is huge.
You will work closely with senior engineers and architects on escalations, infrastructure improvements, migrations, and security-focused projects, giving you the opportunity to rapidly expand your technical skillset. Required Skills:
- Experience working in a 2nd or 3rd Line support role
- Experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience supporting cloud platforms and modern infrastructure environments
- Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and switching
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Passion for cloud technologies, cyber security, and infrastructure
