We're partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider based in Central London that specialises in delivering modern cloud and infrastructure solutions to a wide range of business clients. With continued growth and a strong reputation for technical excellence, they're now looking for an ambitious 1st Line IT Engineer to join their expanding support team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their career in an MSP environment where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting multiple client environments, acting as the first point of contact for IT issues while gaining hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the exposure to real cloud and infrastructure environments early in your career. You'll work closely with senior engineers on escalations and projects, learning about Azure, virtualisation, networking, and modern IT systems while developing the skills needed to progress into 2nd Line, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
