About the Role:
Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of exciting residential and hotel projects, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' Revit experience, with a proven background working on residential schemes and hotel developments from concept through to construction stages. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technologist who is seeking to take on a leadership role within a respected practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit.
- Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Oversee the development of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages.
