About the Role:

Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of exciting residential and hotel projects, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' Revit experience, with a proven background working on residential schemes and hotel developments from concept through to construction stages. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technologist who is seeking to take on a leadership role within a respected practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit.
  • Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.
  • Oversee the development of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
  • Proven track record delivering residential and hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent technical design skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for quality design and technical delivery.
