Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist Location: Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is a well-established, design-led architectural practice located in the Chelmsford area of Essex, known for delivering high-quality residential and hospitality projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of exciting residential and hotel projects, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years\’ Revit experience, with a proven background working on residential schemes and hotel developments from concept through to construction stages. Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit. Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows. Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices. Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages. Minimum 5 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting. Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. Proven track record delivering residential and hotel projects through all RIBA stages. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for quality design and technical delivery. Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000, dependent on experience. Pension scheme.
