Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker frontoffice ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het verkoopteam en draag je actief bij aan de groei van Foto Koch in Nederland door je inzet en betrokkenheid binnen het team. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Het onderhouden van de contacten met bestaande scholen;
- Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een soepel proces, zodat de scholen optimaal voorbereid zijn op het bezoek van de schoolfotograaf;
- Up-to-date houden van ons eigen CRM-systeem, waarbij je intern nauw contact onderhoudt met de fotografen en de overige afdelingen;
- Meedenken over nieuwe acties en initiatieven om Foto Koch nog beter onder de aandacht te brengen bij scholen;
En wanneer je nog meer uitdaging zoekt in je functie, ga je aan de slag met:
- Het telefonisch benaderen van potentiële klanten, om zo nieuwe klanten te overtuigen van de kwaliteit en service van Foto Koch;
- Het bezoeken van scholen in jouw regio, om zo nieuwe en bestaande klanten aan Foto Koch te binden.
