We are currently recruiting for a Sterile Services Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world class training. You must hold a full UK driving license.

About You

Working Pattern

37.5 Hours per week Rotating shifts between the hours of: 5am - 8pm

What is involved?

  • Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies and procedures.
  • Daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections.
  • Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately in accordance with their requirements in addition to notifying line manager.
  • Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
  • Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance i.e. servicing of all company vehicles and organise alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
  • Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit the mileage records to the Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
  • Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.
