Overview
STERIS Instrument Processing, a leading provider of surgical instrument sterilisation and related solutions, is recruiting for a Supervisor. This role oversees the productivity and welfare of staff on site and offers an opportunity to join at supervisory level.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards.
- Provide direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
- Ensure operational activities fully comply with Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor, maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate and ensure operational activities comply with Health and Safety procedures; keep staff informed and trained on health and safety in the workplace.
- Participate as an integral member of the management team; contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Assist and support the Production Manager in planning and operational processes.
Working Pattern
Monday β Friday 6pm to 2am
