At STERIS Instrument Management Services (IMS), we specialize in surgical instrument sterilisation and reprocessing. We are looking for a Repair Technician to join our team, receive world‑class training, and advance along a defined career path.

Working Pattern

Full‑time, 40 hours per week: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:30.

What's Involved

  • Repair and maintain surgical instruments, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Participate in training, record notes, and stay updated with techniques.
  • Care for, maintain, and store assigned equipment.
  • Operate specialised equipment such as presses, soldering irons, and laser machines.
  • Prioritise tasks, manage repairs, and communicate with team and leadership.
  • Liaise with the stockroom for parts, maintain punctuality, and report absences.
