- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Required Experience and Education
- Human Resources experience within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- CIPD level 5-7 or equivalent Bachelors degree
- Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and rules relating to local employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent computer skills.
