We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Application Specialist vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forwards through innovation. This role will cover Scotland.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The main focus of this role is to provide clinical, infection control and technical support to customers. It is a varied role and will include the development and delivery of training programmes as required as well as offering advice and support to external and internal Stakeholders on portfolio and reprocessing applications in hospitals and healthcare environments.
- Providing advice, support and technical advice for end users and decontamination stakeholders.
- Liaise with Sales Team regarding technical queries/problems involving products.
- Providing training for customers and sales staff.
- Visiting hospitals throughout the UK providing training, advice, technical support and customer care visits as required.
- Provide clinical expertise to customer base, sales force and customer services with strong emphasis on best practice and best standard of care.
- Design and deliver training programmes and support tools to customers, prospective customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct in-service education/Operator Training Programmes when necessary and support sales representatives with in-service when possible and requested.
- Troubleshooting clinical issues in customer accounts.
- Assist sales representatives with clinical expertise, as a part of the sales process, and supply after sales education and support.
