Our small but mighty Compensation & Benefits team in Basingstoke are looking for their fourth member! Do you have excellent Process Streamlining skills, a passion for Data Analysis, the ability to effectively prioritise your workload, and buckets of new ideas? If so then we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • We are looking for someone who has had experience with countries across EMEA as this role offers the opportunity to not only participate in UK projects but to also ‘own’ a small handful of countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Saudi, Slovenia, Turkey, UAE.
  • Partner with HR Managers to deliver compensation and benefits services, ensuring adherence to STERIS policy and practices.
  • Educate and inform the organization about STERIS compensation and benefits policies and practices and make recommendations based on internal and external sources/best practice.
  • Manage and assist with compensation and benefits related projects.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement ongoing process improvements.
  • Utilize strong working knowledge of employee benefits to assist in the design, planning and administration of corporate employee benefit programs including medical, life insurance, pension, group income protection programs etc.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed

  • 3+ years benefits experience with at least 2 years progressive benefits administration experience.
  • Global Benefits experience preferred.
  • Data Market Analyst and Job Evaluation experience required.
  • Business, operational, and organizational savvy.
  • Complex analytical person; confidential, analytical, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills/business presence.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK benefits regulations and legislation, while knowledge of international benefits trends a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with good working knowledge of systems and workflows.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
