About Us:
At Steris IMS we are the trusted experts in surgical instrument sterilisation. We offer on and offsite re-processing, alongside reliable instrument maintenance solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Lead Van Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at Team Leader Level to support our IMS Logistics. You must hold a full and up to date full UK driving license.
Salary: £28770 £4,300 Higher cost of living allowance per year Overtime & Unsociable hours premium
What is involved:
- Maintain all route and delivery schedule data and review quarterly.
- Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.
- Undertake in conjunction with the Line Manager, monthly performance reviews and annual driver appraisals.
- To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
- Shall assist in the continuous improvement of staff training and wellbeing.
- Shall stand in for Logistics Supervisor when required.
