What You Will Do The Account Manager will be responsible for sales, technical consultation, and lead generation within the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, vaccine, cell gene, medical device, nutraceuticals, etc.). Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, designing sales strategies, developing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Communicate regularly with management and partners. Plan and optimize sales strategies. Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reports. Achieve sales quotas through consultative selling. Identify and pursue new and existing sales opportunities. Develop strategic growth plans and collaborate with stakeholders. Present and educate customers about STERIS products and industry standards. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships. Use a question-based approach to understand customer needs. Travel up to 60% as required. Qualifications Bachelor\’s Degree in Science or Engineering (preferred). Experience in sales within pharma manufacturing or cGMP industry. Knowledge of regulated industries and industry organizations. Proficiency with CRM tools. Skills Client-focused problem-solving. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Active listening and technical aptitude. Perseverance and effective communication. Adaptability and prioritization skills. Business acumen and trend awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for travel. Additional Information Position: Mid-Senior level, Full-time, in Birmingham, UK.
