This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a supervisory level in a division that drives the business forward through providing a best-in-class instrument reprocessing service to our customers. Note: This role will involve an element of on-call in the future and currently involves working one weekend out of the month. What You Will Do Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the production unit and the logistical collection and delivery of contaminated products to the site, as well as the delivery of quality sterilized products to the customer. Proactively lead all staff, suggesting continuous improvements, innovation, and corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation. Plan and schedule all production activities to meet customer specifications and requirements. Manage financial parameters and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Participate in the on-call management service to maintain emergency support for the customer. Qualifications and Experience Education: Degree (specify if necessary) Required Experience: Leadership experience supporting teams and functions. Comfortable with IT tools and systems.
