We are currently recruiting for a Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world-class training. You must hold a full and up-to-date license.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30-20:30

What is involved

• Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures.
• Performing daily health and safety vehicle inspections.
• Reporting all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately, in accordance with their requirements, and notifying the line manager.
• Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods, complying with the Transport Act 1968.
• Maintaining and organising planned preventative maintenance, including servicing of all company vehicles and organising alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
• Maintaining effective vehicle mileage logs and submitting weekly records to the Administration Staff.
• Ensuring all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.

Required Experience

• Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
• Full UK driving license (max 3 points).
• At least 2 years of driving experience on UK roads.
