Job Overview
Join us on our mission to protect health and well-being in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. We are seeking a Regional Process Manager to provide operational leadership across a multisite portfolio of 3 sites with team members of around 150 team members.
You will be responsible for the planning, managing, and monitoring of all plant operations within a specific region that contribute to the profitable performance of the UK business in accordance with corporate strategy, goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
You will be accountable for optimizing the performance (investments/resources) ensuring that each branch in the region achieves specific goals in terms of customer service and operational service delivery (i.e. profits, support of sales growth, customer satisfaction, customer retention and satisfaction).
The role requires a multi-faceted, solution focused approach, ideal for driven senior operations professional with previous experience including taking responsibility for coaching plant processing teams to optimize their personal performance and individual development.
Requirements
Demonstrable track record in managing plant processes and extensive knowledge in the specialized field.
Detailed experience managing teams of different expertise (25-50 employees), ideally whilst working within a Regional role. A proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivery customer service solutions in line with contractual obligations is a must
Preferred Years Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment is ideal
The role is hybrid based within the UK South West, you will need to be based in the region and able to visit Avonmouth, Bridge-end, Telford or Bournemouth on a weekly or daily basis as required.
