Role Overview
Responsible for delivering excellent service to guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order taking, and efficient food and beverage service.
The role contributes to maintaining high standards of hospitality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming environment, assess guest needs, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Present and explain the menu to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in line with company service standards.
- Deliver bills to guests and process payments.
- Restaurant Preparation and Standards
- Set tables and ensure the overall presentation of the restaurant is maintained.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of restaurant service and food quality.
- Follow all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
