Job Description

Location for this role can be flexible in the UK, including the possibility for home working several days per week. Hours can be full time or 4 days per week.

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist you will collaborate and knowledge share across the whole StepStone global portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive 'can-do' attitude, professionalism, a great work ethic and being persistent in delivery are all attributes that are required for this role. The key focus for you as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of more challenging roles. This will also include building and maintaining pipelines of potential candidates for upcoming hiring campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with the onsite recruitment team members to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. Reporting into the Group Resourcing Manager, in a small team of just 3, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the StepStone brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for assigned roles.
  • Utilising a variety of sources in line with the business area/country's branding and with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
  • Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process and passed across to in-country teams.
  • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilising behavioural based approach and screening criteria defined by the business area.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the business workforce plans.
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
  • Supporting the sourcing of internal candidates across countries/brands.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
  • Proven experience in sourcing successfully across AT LEAST 3 of the following markets: UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Poland (Warsaw), Sweden (Stockholm), Germany (Dusseldorf), US (San Fran or NYC), Central America (El Salvador, Mexico), Caribbean.
  • Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on Sales/ Business Development and/or Product Development.
  • Experience of sourcing up to senior leadership (C-Suite or just below).
  • Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.
  • Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to speak, read and write at business level in any of the following languages would be an advantage and should be stated on application: Spanish, French, German, Polish.

Additional Information

Salary of £35,000-£45,000 base (experience dependent, pro rata for part time), generous holidays and pension, and a quarterly bonus scheme tied to KPI delivery.
