Job Description In this role, you will help shape how we identify, manage, and develop high-quality business opportunities across the UK market.

You will work closely with commercial teams to improve how leads are generated and used, contributing directly to business growth and the further development of our sales approach.

Key Responsibilities Maximize revenue impact by acquiring new business, developing existing customers, and scaling B2B activation through high-quality leads.

Identify, validate, score, route, prioritize, and continuously optimize leads using state-of-the-art technology and data-driven insights based on value contribution, conversion potential, and commercial relevance.

Work closely with sales directors and account managers to understand their requirements and maximize sales value.

Own and improve lead management processes to ensure operational excellence, business alignment, efficiency, and quality.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to deliver process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications Education : Successfully completed a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Professional

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, Lead Management or a similar analytical business environment.
