As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in advancing a significant product area, delivering initiatives that meaningfully impact how millions of people find jobs and how employers connect with talent. You will own the product strategy and execution for a defined product domain, translating company objectives into clear, impactful outcomes. Working closely with a dedicated cross-functional team, you'll lead strong product discovery and delivery practices, using data, experimentation, and customer insight to identify high-value opportunities and build user-centric solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with peers and senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and the business, influencing direction through insight and evidence. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply Stepstone's advanced AI capabilities to real user problems, while continuing to grow your impact and craft as part of an industry-changing mission to shape the future of work.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define, own, and evolve the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and customer needs
  • Lead product discovery and delivery, translating insights into clear roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using qualitative research, experimentation, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Act as a senior product manager within the team, mentoring Product Managers and contributing to best practices across the product organisation

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in Product Management, with ownership of products from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional, agile environments and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Confidence using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide decisions and measure success
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate vision, priorities, and outcomes
