Appcast is headquartered in Lebanon, N.H. with offices throughout North America and Europe.
Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London. We work on a hybrid basis blending time at the Stepstone Group offices with working from home. Reporting to the VP Sales - UK, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast's Solutions to direct employers in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities- Proactively generate and close new enterprise business through prospecting, outreach, and strategic sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven selling.
- 5+ years' enterprise software sales experience, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
